1. RETURNS POLICY
1.1 Legal Right to Withdraw from the Purchase Right of Withdrawal If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods, or in the case of goods delivered separately, 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us through the enabled contact methods. You may use the model withdrawal form included as an Annex to these Conditions, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
1.2 Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs to the initial delivery address (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such a refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction unless you have expressly indicated otherwise, detailing the payment method through which you wish us to make the refund. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. Notwithstanding the above, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first.
1.3 General Provisions
You will not have the right to withdraw from the contract when the object is the supply of any of the following products:
- Customized items.
- Goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.
Your right to withdraw from the contract will apply exclusively to those products returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of it, for products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered, or that have suffered any damage, so you should be careful with the product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item using or including all its original packaging, instructions, and other documents that may accompany it. Returns can be made at any authorized delivery point. Please note that unless you return the item at an authorized delivery point, you will bear the direct cost of returning the item.
After examining the item, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. The refund of the transportation costs will only be made when the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal period and all the items that make up the order in question are returned. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date you communicated your intention to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first. The refund will always be made using the same payment method that you used to pay for the purchase. You will bear the cost and risk of returning the products to us.
1.4 Return of Defective Products
In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the contract, you should contact us immediately through our contact channels, providing details of the product and its damage.
We will carefully examine the returned product and will inform you by email within a reasonable period if the refund or replacement of the same (if applicable) is appropriate. The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days following the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.
Amounts paid for those products returned due to a defect or fault, when it really exists, will be refunded in full, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item and the costs you incurred to return it to us.
Additionally, we inform you that under no circumstances, except as expressly provided, will we be obliged to refund shipping costs other than those incurred up to the original delivery address in Spain or return costs from a destination outside the Spanish territory.
